Building Child Care Supply

Brief Description

Funding for infrastructure or improvements/expansions that are not capital expenditures, as well as entrepreneurial development support for programs serving children birth to age 5 that operate more than 4 hours/day. Aligned with NC Child Care Regulations and Licensing as well as Smart Start Costs Principles.
